Ginseng / Panax Ginseng

Ginseng is the root of plants in the genus Panax. The word Panax comes from the Greek word panakeia, which means ‘all healing’. Ginsenosides or ginseng saponins are the all-star bioactive component of ginseng that gives it medicinal benefits. There has been mounting evidence suggesting that ginsenosides promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.
